Yes I see the same thing. The icons or objects that are out of camera view show as if they are in front of you. Just the icons do this nothing else...

Safegaurding against name stealing doesn't have to be so rigid.

As far as I understand all names are tied to an account and therefore as reserved. Same for corp names are tied to the agent ceo.

They need to handle these so called pve instances like eve has done. But they are not truly instance but rather a set of probable gates/entrance that anyone can find and enter if there are people in there already doing the complex.

On a side note more pve content in the open world can solve the instance issue. Lets say some type of npc attacks on the terminals and outposts? Players work together to defend it and each wave gets harder and when they hold it or push back or finish off all the npcs there is some type of bonus for that terminal/outpost for a small amount of time.

No speed module exists. But you can fit a light weight frame to reduce your bot/mech mass to gain speed.

Research Kernels ->

Prototype an item from the Kernel Research Knowledge base (Prototype Facility)->

Reverse Engineer Prototyped item into a Calibration Template (CT) with a decoder @ (Reverse Engineer Facility) ->

Take Calibration template and install it into a factory.

Select the line that has the CT installed and it will show you the resources to manufacture the item. ->

Make sure the needed resources are in your private storage.

Click start button to start the manufacture process x:xx:xx amount of time when done ->

Item will drop into your private storage.

Done.

Well, not just rock-paper-scissors. But the pros and cons for the weapons.

Missiles
Best - LOS and always do their the same amount of dmg. There is no falloff.
Lassers - Best long range dmg
Mags - Best shotgun close range DPS.

Sorry, I think I coined the phrase a while back. We got tired of the EVE chat in help and one day I happed to do my mistyping on keyboard as I always do and ripped a stEVE into help channel one day and it has stuck since.

3+ year eve vet here.

I have found the pvp in this game to be more complex a lot of the time because of terrain and for me has been more fun too.

The terrain etc. seems to lean more towards multi ways of strategy and tactics that I find eve lacking in at times.

For me the racial or faction bonuses in this case are the differences between each faction's weapon types.

The three types of weapons all have their pros and cons.
