Any possiibility on a small tag or tatto added on the graphic of an item to dipict its relating decoder level that is required - i know its anal but at a glance saves having to do the right click/ components  hike every time. Also maybe a secondary tree in the knowledge base that has all fully researched items seperated.

NOt sure if this will answer you question, but i was struggling to find specific ores without going all over the island. I'm based on (Daoden).

So i grabbed arkhe put a scanner on and put 20 of each type of area based charges then circled the station, But also keeping aways from any NPC bots.

I've actually found every type on the starter island albeit the rarer stuff only been in the 1-2% range.

The like of titan and HDT i found literally less than a few km outside.

And further a field found the others.  Espirton being the furthest out and the hardest to mine and in smallest yeild lol typically.

Buy or use a fast bot with scanner run around in a face clock pattern once you find a spot Bm it and then start the next. even with low % hits using the tile charges can then reveal a small but rich vein.

But i really dont think theres any real pattern and from what i hear all current sites that ores are will be changed come open and live alike.

OK strange idea come to mind as i get a strange epiphany as usual beer in one hand smoke in the other and had the football/Soccer on in the background which is when this crazy notion starts to bug the crap out of me till i decided to write on and get it off my chest.

Right ok idea being you have 2 teams setup a field put a set of posts up and grab the first arkhe you find.

6 bots on each side consisting of 2 light bots 1x assault  2x Mech and 1x Heavy mech (phat golie(goal keeper)

idea being shoot the arkhe and the poor bot instead of being insta scrap actually moves in the direction relative to the damage dealt heh. 

Goal to pummel that said be poor bot towards a hoop or aka goal line or section of the field and score a point.

Now the fun part is this would be on a time limit of 10 mins 5 mins each way. during that time there will be 2 mins during each half where "annihilation" is permitted and no holes barred complete carnage can beset upon the opposing teams.

Team with most bots still alive after 10mins or most points wins.

Wander how quickly everyone stops picking on the arkhe. hehe

Anyway back to reality.

I agree would be a great tactical module to have in case of a "oh S**t im off cya" or to get into range quick.

Wander if a injector type system would work that use charges "like nitrous boost" could make them use a lot of space in cargo plus ap drain so not over used.

Not sure if its even implemented but anyways

Transport missions - Extention bonuses for Logistics spec doesnt really say so not sure if they are. - well either way % bonus to reward not applying. 

Although standing points are accrueing.

I think there's an argument regarding the shields bonus and mostly its a prudent thought as shields do take away being able to shoot and couple that with using lasers the ap use is huge.

If there are further things to be implemented then at that point we should see some nice changes and hopefully balancing will work and shields become viable option.

At this point we are still blind and untill further patches and updates are added we just dont know.

~The only other thought that i see is maybe changing the shields slot req, to head instead of leg. That way it can be more customized with the use of ap recharges, injectors or auxillery, and thus puts the onus back on the fitting preference of what your role will be.

Uber tank or Ew massive damge or mixture of all this is what makes the game fun finding a personal choice based on variety of tools that complent out own playing styles.

Never going to please 100% of people 100% of the time.

Just a theory and maybe viable maybe not could all basic module that do drop that are damaged that when recycled they would give a component that cannot be mined or found other than by recycling - however this 1 and only one component for arguement sake "broken biscuits" lol (whatever anyway before i digress)

1) Would always be needed in building process
2) only comes from basic/standard module drops

This would then give looters pve something to recycle that industrialists need either go get it themselves or primarily to buy.

Basic modules will always be a first choice or atleast a make do for new player but soon they become obsolete - giving them a recoverable (ore/component) will or i would hope give something to be even if not immense but a commodity of thier own.

Any thoughts.?
