Although the benefits of tc will not be fully there when patch kicks in. It will get viable more later towards retail. The next patch which will include territorial control will be the basic frame work to build on.
I don´t put my hopes much on it so far. You shouldn´t, too.

I already know whats in the next patch, and yes it will be far from feature complete, but having something to actually "fight over" is what is needed.
